Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is a modality of training that stretches and strengthens the body dynamically while energizing the core using both concentric and eccentric movements.

Ki-Hara combines strength training, aerobic training, and a low impact workout with no gym equipment required. During an assisted session your muscles are being contracted and lengthened at the same time, so your muscles are only taken as far as they can resist. This keeps the work safe and effective.
